Added features include front and saddle suspension and a quality saddle from Velo. This electric bicycle is equipped with a 420Wh battery providing an operating radius of 70 km - 90 km. If you would like to make your journeys even longer - that is not a problem as you can affordably upgrade your battery to the 17.5Ah/ 630Wh type which will extend your range to no less than 100 - 140 km!

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please note that you are eligible to return your goods UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full exchange or refund. We will process all returns & refunds requests individually and respond to your request in a timely manner. Please be advised that for Return & Refund to be processed we do require:

• Product to be unused
• Product to be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase
• Refund request to be submitted via email to info@youre-bike.com before goods are sent back

When your return request is approved, we will process your refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Cheque payments will be refunded by cheque or electronic bank transfer, but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded 7 days after the product return date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.
