In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please note that you are eligible to return your goods UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full exchange or refund. To proceed with your return & refund, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org providing your purchase documentation. We will process all returns & refunds requests individually and respond to your request in a timely manner. Please be advised that for Return & Refund to be processed we do require:

- Product to be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase
- Refund request to be submitted via email to email@example.com before goods are sent back
When your return request is approved, we will process your refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Cheque payments will be refunded by cheque or electronic bank transfer, but due to banking restrictions can only be refunded 7 days after the product return date. Due to the high incidence of fraud we regret that we are unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt.
